NJTACS AGM 2025
The NJTACS Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 was held at the Tamil School (Life Church, 2245 US-130, Dayton, NJ 08810) on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The following key items were discussed:
- Approval of the 2025 AGM Meeting Minutes
- Presentation of the 2024 Financial Statement
- 2025 Year Recap and Acknowledgements, including:
- Cultural Events
- Annual Mini Picnic and Summer Picnic
- 25th Anniversary Celebrations
- Annual Holiday Party (upcoming in two weeks)
- Committee changes for 2025
- Addition of New Life Members
- (The constitution was amended by majority vote to include last year’s members)
- Proposal of a new Tech & Media Subcommittee, responsible for:
- Coordination to maintain NJTACS’s digital presence
- Photography, videography, and multimedia content
- Digital media and website updates
This subcommittee will be spearheaded by Thavachelvan T., with members Kajee K(Jananam Video). and Sivanathan S.

On behalf of the NJTACS community, I extend my congratulations to the newly formed committee. We are pleased to warmly welcome Mr. Sasi Sellathurai as the incoming Principal of the NJTACS Tamil School, and we wish him every success in this important role.
On behalf of the NJTACS community, I sincerely thank all committee members for their dedication, commitment, and hard work in serving our organization. Special thanks to our outgoing Principal, Mr. Leelaruban, for his excellent leadership and unwavering commitment in nurturing and enhancing the Tamil School over the past two years. We are confident that he will continue to guide and support NJTACS initiatives. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our outgoing Treasurer, Mr. Thavachelvan, for his outstanding service across all NJTACS activities. We are grateful that he will continue to contribute through his involvement with the Tech & Media Subcommittee.
Finally, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to all past committee members and the entire NJTACS community — including former operating and advisory members, as well as our founding members — who have served NJTACS over the past 25 years. Their continued guidance, dedication, and support form the foundation of our growth and success.
