Covid-19 Charity Activity June 2021
Dear NJTACS Community and well-wishers,
We would like to happily inform you that we have recently completed two charity projects in Kilinochchi district with the help of Agri-Graduates Friends Circle (the members are from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna). We were funding these projects from Mrs. Abhirami Narthana memorial fund.
Agri-Graduates Friends Circle have supported us to identify the needy families with the help of Divisional Secretariats and then purchased, packed, and distributed the food items to the families in Kandavalai and Karachchi areas of Kilinochchi district.
Thank you for all who supported the funding and special thanks to Mr. Satheesan Thangavelu, Mr. Thavarajah Prathap, Mr. Thayakaran Mageshan, and Mr. Ajeevan Ajee of Agri-Graduates Friends Circle for coordinating and implementing the effort from Sri Lanka.
